Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada.

Discreet & Private Packaging

Your privacy matters to us. All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no reference to our brand name on the shipping label or return address.


Order Processing Time

- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

- Special Note: Our products are carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged to maintain quality standards. Due to this attention to detail and occasional high demand, processing may sometimes take slightly longer.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your tracking shows no movement immediately, there’s no need to worry, it often means your package is awaiting pickup or initial processing by the courier.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet our estimated delivery timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears delayed or missing:

1- First, check with your local courier or neighbors to confirm whether the package was delivered nearby.

2- If your package is confirmed lost, please contact us at lumaaurasupp@gmail.com


Important Notes

- Once an order has been shipped and assigned a tracking number, we cannot cancel or intercept it while in transit.

- If you decide not to keep your order after receiving it, please refer to our Return Policy (within 30 days).

- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an item has been dispatched.
